Gary Dessler

Gary Dessler is Professor of Management at Florida International University. Dr Dessler worked for 3 years on the Institute of International Education's national selection committee for the Fullbright student awards, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Academy of Management, and the Authors Guild; and, as a board member for a chemical engineering and pollution control firm, serves as that firm's consulting human resource manager. 
Biju Varkkey is currently at IIM Ahmedabad with the Personnel and Industrial Relations Area where he teaches in the graduate, executive development and doctoral programs. Over the years he has developed and taught sources on Strategic Human Resources Management, International HRM, Performance Management, Labor Relations, Outsourcing and Infrastructural Development.
